Phi John Le received a one-day suspension of his teaching certificate, served May 15, according to a newly released consent resolution agreement from the BC Commissioner for Teacher Regulation. Le has held a valid teaching certificate since 2016 and was employed as a high school teacher in the Nanaimo-Ladysmith School District at the time of the incidents.
