Healy, Steffensen and Olszewski take home preliminary awards at Miss South Dakota

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Miss Sioux Falls Kianna Healy, of Hartford, and Miss Hub City Briley Steffensen, also of Hartford, won preliminary awards at the Miss South Dakota competition on Thursday.

Steffensen won the $500 Health and Fitness Award, while Healy received the $1,000 Talent Award for singing “I’m a Star.” Jaye Olszewski, Miss Hub City’s Teen from Sioux Falls, won the Teen Onstage Question competition. Olszewski also won the $500 Teen Community Service Award, with the Miss Community Service Award of $1,000 going to Miss Rolling Plains Amelie Wilcox.
